ATTENTIONACCOUNT MANAGERS

We are looking for a dedicated professional as a full-time Key Account Manager in the Concert and Touring division (m/f/d). The position is remote and includes the professional support of our most important customers.

Your tasks:

​

  • Managing and Expanding Key Accounts: Long-term maintenance and development of existing clients, including artists, tour managers, and event agencies.

  • New Customer Acquisition: Establishing new business relationships with artists, event planners, and tour managers to continuously expand our network in the concert industry.

  • Consulting and Project Management: Serving as the primary contact for all questions related to event technology, stage construction, lighting, audio, and visuals – developing customized technical solutions for each event.

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Close collaboration with internal teams to implement technical requirements, coordinate all resources, and ensure smooth operations.

  • Contract Negotiations: Conducting contract discussions, preparing offers, and supporting successful contract closures.

  • Budget Management: Monitoring budgets for events and tours to ensure cost efficiency and optimize profitability.

  • Market Analysis: Regularly analyzing market and competitive conditions to identify business development opportunities and anticipate trends in concert technology.

Your profile:
 

  • Professional Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, project management, or as an account manager in the field of event technology, touring, or event management. Experience with international tours or working with artists is an advantage.

  • Technical Understanding: Solid knowledge of event technology, stage construction, lighting, sound, and visuals, as well as their interplay to create impressive events.

  • Negotiation Skills & Communication Strength: Persuasive and professional communication with artists, event managers, and technical teams.

  • Customer Orientation: Strong service orientation with the goal of consistently exceeding customer expectations.

  • Organizational Talent: Structured, independent working style with a proactive approach to ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility for travel, particularly to support tours and events on-site.

  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
